Black Bird Grove is our small block of land located in North Canterbury. It has an abundance of overgrown native trees,a boutique olive grove, a family of black Piwakawaka (hence the name), a historic wash house (where the magic happens), a few bee hives and a garden full of flowers and herbs.
From our land we have created a range of beautiful Artisan Soaps, Bath Bombs, Bath Salts, Balms, Candles & our innovative Salt Soap Bars, most of which contain homegrown botanicals, herbs and additives

We find great pleasure in knowing that everything we sell is lovingly created from scratch with a little bit of us, our land and our community in it.

Hand Crafted

All Black Bird Grove bath and body products are hand crafted (by me!) right here in Loburn, North Canterbury. Everything is made in small batches and sometimes even made to order just for you!

Home Grown

Black Bird Grove is home to our boutique olive grove which provides us with beautiful spray free extra virgin olive oil, we use this in many of our products. We have also begun to grow our very own botanicals which are widely used throughout the range

Locally Sourced
